Monticello Tile Design offers a 60-day money back guarantee on all standard design medallion purchases.  You can return your medallion within 60 days from the time you receive it for any reason provided the following conditions are met:        

1) Medallion is shipped back to Monticello Tile Design within 60 days of original receipt of the order.
2) Medallion is packed properly for return shipment and returned in same condition as received.
3) Customer pays all return shipping expenses.

 

Medallions that have been installed will not be accepted for returns.

In the unlikely event that your medallion has any damage when you receive it, we will gladly replace the damaged piece at no cost to you.  Contact us with the description of the damage at:

Samples, Surround Tiles, Field Tiles, and Custom Designs

All sales are final on samples, surround tile, and field tile purchases as well a custom designed products.  No refunds will be issued
